95% Rye Grain Mash
Rye whiskey is made with a majority of rye grain as compared to bourbon which is created from corn. The grain is heated and cooked before yeast is added to create the fermentation and eventually the alcohol.
100% Distilled in the USA
Current batches have been distilled to perfection by a world class mid-west distillery. Future batches will be distilled in our Texas facility.
Aged in New American Oak Casks
Aging helps mellow and mature the whiskey, especially the rye grain which creates a spicy note. Flavors like vanilla and caramel come from the barrel.
Blended and Bottled in Houston, Texas
After distillation, barrels are shipped to age in Houston where we eventually blend and bottle them by hand. Each batch is slightly different, making whiskey is an art and a craft!
